SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY


Shipping rates are as follows:

UPS Ground (allow up to 7 business days):
1 item $6.95, 2-3 items $9.75, 4-5 items $11.75, 6-9 $13.50

For shipping rates of 10 items or more, or for rates to Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations, please telephone us toll free 866-TREESHA (866-873-3742) or email us at pjs@treesha.com and we will submit a rate quote based on the information given.

Orders will be filled during normal business hours. Orders usually ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted. Once an order ships, you will receive a confirmation by Email. If an item is out of stock, your Email will indicate this. Items on backorder may take up to 8 weeks for shipment. If we notify you that an item is out of stock, please let us know as soon as possible whether to put it on backorder, or if you prefer to cancel.

PAYMENT
Payment by VISA or MasterCard. You may also choose to pre-pay with a certified check or money order. Sorry, no personal checks or C.O.D. shipments.

RETURN POLICY
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please call us toll free 866-TREESHA (866-873-3742) or email us at pjs@treesha.com with the reason for the return and we will issue a return authorization number. Treesha only accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of shipment. No item will be accepted that is not in its original condition and may not be returned if already worn or washed. Treesha will refund the entire amount of the garment, but shipping on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Ship all returns prepaid and insured. Treesha will credit your MasterCard or Visa within one week of receiving the return. For pre-paid orders we will issue a refund check.
